The Cardiac Rehab Alumni is a communtiy group that is a non profit organization of former cardiac patients who have graduated from a recognized cardiac rehabilitation program. A partnership was established in January 2002 with the City of Mississauga to offer graduates access to fitness classes with a certified fitness instructor. The program helps participants maintain healthy lifestyles while having fun in a sociali environment.
