502 Züm Main (operated by Brampton Transit) and 103 Hurontario Express (operated by Mississauga Transit) are the express bus routes running on Hurontario Street. Since September 2011, these routes serve as the only direct connection between Shoppers World and central Mississauga, replacing route 19 - Hurontario.
Route 502 runs between the City Centre Transit Terminal at Square One and Sandalwood Parkway via Shoppers World, seven days a week. Route 103 runs between Port Credit GO and Shoppers World, bypassing CCTT/Square One, every day except Sundays.
Route 502 runs every 10 to 15 minutes during rush hours and every 20 minutes at all other times. Route 103 runs approximately every 19 minutes on weekdays and every 24 minutes on Saturdays. Between Eglinton and Shoppers World, the combined frequency of express buses is 7.5 minutes peak, 9 minutes counter-peak, 11 minutes off-peak, 15 minutes Saturdays, and 20 minutes Sundays.
Both routes run only until about 9 to 10 pm. When the routes are not running, passengers have to transfer between Brampton Transit route 2 and Mississauga Transit route 19 at the Hurontario and 407 Park and Ride lot.
