Fare Increase - January 26, 2009
Mississauga Transit fares including cash fares, tickets and monthly GO Transit stickers for shuttle service as well as weekly, monthly and annual passes increased.
• cash fare for children, students, adults and seniors increases by $0.25
• tickets increase by $0.10 per ticket for students and adults
• tickets increase by $0.05 per ticket for children and seniors
• weekly passes increase by $2 for students and adults
• monthly passes increase by $8 for students and adults, and $2 for seniors
• annual pass for seniors increases by $24
• monthly GO Sticker for shuttle service to and from Mississauga GO Rail stations increases by $1 (no change to the $0.60 discounted cash fare on shuttle service)
